just a head

Ballyhoo!

lost track of time
I lost my mind
and now I'm involved with
losing my spine
will you sink with me?
just for a night
I could use the company
but if not, then I will be fine

oh, you know where to find me
I'll be just ahead, getting drunk again
oh, when nature is calling
I'll be headed for the bathroom
to piss away my sorrows, yeah

too scared to run
too drunk to fight
balls-deep in this bottle
corona and a lime
I really dont belong here
my time is spent better in the world
but the earth is coming down on me
and I think I'm gonna hurl

oh, you know where to find me
I'll be just ahead, getting drunk again
oh, when nature is calling
I'll be headed for the bathroom
to piss away my sorrows, yeah
